Welcome to ASTAA – The Atlantic States Telephone Answering Association.  This is a dynamic group of individual Telephone Answering Service and Call Center owners who are dedicated to the growth of the teleservices industry.  We place a special emphasis on education both for the owners of our businesses and especially for our supervisory staff members.  We understand that by raising the bar for our members we are raising the bar for our industry – and by doing so we will increase the need for our services throughout the region.  ASTAA Members are dedicated to giving our clients excellent service for their customers.

"ASTAA" stands for " Atlantic States Telephone Answering Association, Inc.". It is an association of telemessaging services from Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
